All Vending Mix, Inc. stands behind its refurbished vending machines. Our machines are completely inspected using our 75 point inspection program, covering everything from the vending mechanisms, currency and coin mechanisms, to the overall appearance of the machine. Because of the quality of our re-manufacturing process we can offer a 30 day parts warranty. We will send a replacement part for a malfunctioning part on one of our rebuilt machines free of charge. The replacement part that we provide for your machine is typically a re-manufactured part that has been assessed to be of working order. These parts are usually shipped out to you under normal shipping conditions via UPS or Federal Express. We need the replacement part to be shipped back to us prior to shipment of the part. This ensures that the correct part is sent back to you. This warranty does not cover the cost of installation of the replacement part nor does it cover any service technician that would have to be used to assess any problems with your vending machine. We offer email support for all diagnostic/labor/installation issues for lifetime at no charge for all online or internet purchases. You must include your invoice number in the subject line of email to receive free tech support.

Compressors and Vending Machines with compressors:
The machine requires 115 volt, 60 hertz. The venders will operate at +/- 10% of the specified voltage. This is between 103 volts and 127 volts.
Single phase, alternating current is required. The vender must be plugged in its own properly rated circuit with its own circuit protection (fuse/circuit breaker).
DO NOT USE AN EXTENSION CORD.
Plug the vendor directly into a properly grounded outlet.
DO NOT REMOVE THE GROUND PIN OR IN ANY WAY BYPASS THE GROUNDING OF THE
VENDER. If the outlet will not accept the power cord plug, contact an electrician to install a proper AC outlet.
Do not plug anything else into this outlet.
Failure to comply with these instructions may subject the user to the risk of
injury or electrical shock which can be serious or fatal.
Position the vendor three inches (7.6 cm) of air space from the wall to ensure proper air circulation to cool the refrigeration unit.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
Any compressor units that fail during the warranty must be returned to us for examination before being replaced under warranty. Upon examination if we find that the unit has failed (due to a leak) from user error on installation, tubing bent or kinked then the unit will not be replaced under warranty.
EXCLUSIONS:
Acts of vandalism, fire, flood, terrorism or other natural disasters not listed, power surges (eg. lightening strikes) causing disruption to machine power or excess power to be delivered to machine, or ‘salting of machines’ are not covered by warranty. Salting of machines, coin mechs or validators is an act of vandalism.
Items marked or sold ‘AS IS’ or listed as such on our original invoice, with advance notification to customer that the item sold carries no warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: Any machines sold AS IS WORKING are just that, AS IS WORKING and there is NO warranty, that is why these machines sell for lower prices.
